Purpose of the Study:
The purpose of this study is to assess the mental health and well-being of students, faculty, staff, and administration. The findings will help guide the development of mental health resources and initiatives to better support our university community. Your participation is greatly appreciated. 

Procedures:
If you agree to participate, you are requested to complete an online survey that will take approximately 5 minutes. The survey includes questions related to stress levels, coping mechanisms, emotional well-being, and access to mental health resources. Your participation is completely voluntary. If you encounter a question with which you are not comfortable answering you may skip to the next question. 

Confidentiality:
Your responses will remain confidential. No personally identifiable information will be collected, and survey data will be stored securely. Only the research team will have access to the data, and results will be reported in aggregate form. 

Potential Risks and Benefits:
There are minimal risks associated with this study. Some questions may cause emotional discomfort. If at any point you feel distressed, you may stop the survey or seek support from a trained crisis counselor:
