American River College is required to demonstrate that "the institution establishes institution-set standards for student achievement, appropriate to its mission, assesses how well it is achieving them in pursuit of continuous improvement, and publishes this information" (ACCJC Accreditation Standard I.B.3).
To ensure compliance, this reporting form is being used to document actions that the college (or department) is taking to improve achievement outcomes that fell below the institution (or department) set standard.
